Mission Statement: Chosen Youth Ministry is designed to CONNECT young people to Jesus, provide opportunities to WORSHIP their Creator, DISCIPLE them in God’s ways and will for their life, and send them to MINISTER in their world. CONNECT – It is the constant focus of Chosen Youth Ministry to connect young people to Jesus. Our goal is to help young people understand that Jesus has a purpose for their life and to lead them into experiencing the salvation plan of Acts 2:38. In addition to a connection with Jesus, it is our goal to provide an opportunity for young people to connect with other youth equally passionate about living for Jesus.WORSHIP – Here at Chosen Youth Ministry we understand that every single human being has an innate desire to worship Jesus. When not given that opportunity everyone will worship something. We strive to provide a comfortable atmosphere for young people to unite in worshiping Jesus. There are two types of worship: 1) worship in a church setting. 2) worship in your lifestyle. Our goal is to help young people grow in both avenues of worship. DISCIPLESHIP – It is our belief at Chosen Youth Ministry that every Christian should strive to be more like Jesus every day. We consistently work with each young person to help them develop their understanding of Scripture and how to live out that Scripture in their everyday lives.
